We've partnered with Failte Ireland, which means that one lucky winner will receive a pair of tickets to this year's New Year's Festival NYFDublin and two Dublin passes! Toast 2020 in with Walking On Cars and special guests Ash, Aimee, and Lisa McHugh. Then be awed by Liffey Lights Midnight Moment: a “Solar Symphony”, choreographed light display that will be video mapped onto the walls and buildings surrounding the Custom House Quays. Here’s just some of what you can expect:

31st December - Liffey Lights Midnight Moment

Entertainment will begin at 6pm, with the earlier countdown spectacle at 7pm, allowing families to celebrate with their young ones before bedtime. Count down to the New Year together while enjoying a magical explosion of colour as laser lights and aqua beams dance in perfect harmony with the music. Tuck up the kids and celebrate the final moments of 2019 from 11.30pm-12am.

Liffey Lights Midnight Moment marks the end of the year with a spectacular solar symphony of lights. Up to 100 aqua beams, lasers and searchlights will dance across the night sky in time with an original score created especially for the countdown event.

31 December - Over 18s Event
Following sold-out tours across Europe and headlining major Irish arena and outdoor concerts this year, Walking On Cars are set to top off 2019 by headlining this year’s Countdown Concert at Custom House. Walking On Cars will ring in 2020 with special guests Ash, Aimee and Lisa McHugh.

1st January - New Year's Day Concert

Celebrate the start of the year at the free, family-friendly concert taking place in Temple Bar's Meeting House Square from 3pm to 8pm on 1st January 2020. Dublin City is set to become a bustling hive of activity as New Year's Festival Dublin continue their celebrations into January 1st with the New Year's Day Concert.

Guaranteed to be one of the highlights of New Year's Festival Dublin - visitors, families and friends of all ages are invited to kick start 2020 in style. Come celebrate and enjoy an afternoon of live music in Temple Bar, the cultural heart of Dublin city. Featuring a host of Ireland's finest musicians. headliners and live favourites Kíla will be joined by special guests Wyvern Lingo, Brian Deady and Luz.
